1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of MakeIt Ads, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

MakeIt Ads provides creative and digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Ad Film Making and Production
• Digital Marketing and SEO Services
• Branding and Graphic Design
• Web Design and Development
• Social Media Management
• Product Photography
• PR Works and Marketing Campaigns
• Podcast Video Production

3. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information required for project execution
• Timely payment of invoices as per agreed payment schedule
• Providing feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
• Ensuring all materials provided (logos, images, content) are legally owned or licensed

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• An initial deposit may be required to commence work
• Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. MakeIt Ads retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions and Modifications

We offer a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Clients must provide feedback within the specified timeframe to avoid project delays.

7. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and content provision. Delays in client response may result in extended project completion dates. MakeIt Ads will communicate any significant timeline changes.

8. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed. Any materials or deliverables provided up to the cancellation date remain the property of MakeIt Ads unless full payment is received.

9. Confidentiality

MakeIt Ads agrees to maintain confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without client consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

MakeIt Ads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

11. Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns or SEO efforts, as these depend on various external factors.

12. Force Majeure

MakeIt Ads shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.

14. Modifications to Terms

MakeIt Ads reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
